LEAD Brevard is pleased to announce a new leadership program offering – Leadership Essentials℠.
Leadership Essentials℠, powered by LEAD Brevard, is a new leadership skills development program for high potential professionals on a path to leadership and/or management roles. The new program is a complement to the community based flagship program Leadership Brevard.
At monthly half-day class sessions, participants sharpen critical skills necessary for effective leadership in their organization. Sessions are led by experienced facilitators and participants will learn and practice the skills of a results-oriented leader.
Companies/organizations who have currently enrolled participants include Saalex Solutions; Brevard County Property Appraiser’s Office; Millennium Engineering and Integration; Community Credit Union of Florida; IAP Worldwide Services and Sun Nuclear Corporation.
Applications are being accepted now for the initial cohort of 35 participants; classes begin in October.
All sessions are from 7:30 AM to 12:00 noon; a continental breakfast and mid-morning break refreshments will be provided. Sessions take place at the new Center for Collaboration (Space Coast Health Foundation bldg.) at 1100 Rockledge Blvd. Rockledge. |
